A proud Latina entrepreneur, born and raised in Lynwood, California. My journey to success wasn’t handed to me- I built it from the ground up, fueled by faith, resilience, and a vision to uplift others along the way. 

Raised by a single, hardworking mother and a powerhouse of strong women, I learned early on that perseverance, determination, and heart are the keys to breaking barriers. Watching my mother juggle multiple jobs to provide for our family instilled in me a relentless work ethic and a deep passion for creating opportunities where they don’t exist .

With over 10 years of experience in staffing, logistics, and sports and entertainment. I’ve helped businesses grow from $3,000 to over $1 million in weekly revenue. But my true success isn’t measured in numbers- it’s in the people I’ve helped rise, the communities I’ve empowered, and the doors I’ve opened for those who, like me, started from nothing but a dream. 

I built Genneration group as more than just a staffing firm-it’s a movement. My mission is to create opportunities for underrepresented communities, proving that success is possible no matter where you come from. I believe in lifting others as I climb, helping businesses thrive while ensuring individuals have access to the resources, mentorship, and support they need to grow. 

Through it all, my faith in God has been my foundation. Every opportunity, every challenge, every success- I know it‘s all part of his plan. My purpose is to serve, inspire, and create long lasting change, showing others that with faith, hard work, and a strong community, anything is possible. 

If there’s one thing I want people to take from my story, it’s this: where you start doesn’t define where you’ll go. Your dreams are valid, your work matters, and your success is waiting- you just have to believe in it and go after it.
